COHO Properties LLC is located on Round Lake, one of the many beautiful lakes that makes up the highly scenic and recreational area around Randall, Minnesota. Randall is located on the banks of the Little Elk River, about 5 miles from its confluence with the Mississippi River.

The area of rolling hills and wide river valleys is situated at the southwestern edge of the Brainerd Lakes area. Round Lake, along with surrounding lakes that include Lake Alexander, Little Round Lake, Green Prairie Fish Lake, Fish Trap Lake and Lake Shamineau, provide abundant recreation opportunities year-round. Round Lake is known for its clear waters and active fishing. 

U.S. Highway 10 and Minnesota State Highway 115 are two of the main routes in the area.
